Beginner Rowing
Our Learn to Row program is a comprehensive introduction to the sport, tailored specifically for absolute beginners. Over five weeks, participants are coached by an experienced rowing coach to build solid technique and gain confidence on the water. Each week includes a 90-minute session that blends on-water practice with ergo drills, boat-handling instruction, safety protocols, river rules, and stroke mechanics.
It’s a supportive, fun environment where no prior experience is needed.
